Chef Neha Deepak Shah is known for creating delicious and innovative dishes. Her culinary creativity is what helped her become the runner-up in the fourth season of MasterChef India. Since then, she has been sharing her craft and innovation on the Internet. In 2020, a creation of hers went viral on social media. It was called the ‘Picasso Bread’ and the consensus was that it was too pretty to eat. She has recreated that bread and we know how you can make it at home.

Chef Neha Deepak Shah is known to share creative and innovative recipes online. Her Picasso Bread is one of her most famous creations as it went viral online. Aptly named, the bread looks too pretty to eat and almost seems like an artwork! The break is decorated with vegetables of different colours to make picturesque views!

She recreated this much-loved bread recipe and shared it on her Instagram. Since it was posted a couple of hours ago, it has already garnered more than 17 thousand likes and even more views! Here Is How You Can Make The Picasso Bread

Ingredients

250 Grams All Purpose Flour

160 Grams Warm Water

1 Teaspoon Sugar

½ Teaspoon Salt

½ Teaspoon Dry Instant yeast

1 Teaspoon Milk powder

2 Teaspoon Oil (Olive Oil recommended)

Assorted Vegetables For Decoration

Method

Step 1

Add sugar to lukewarm water and mix.

Step 2

In the bowl, add yeast and set aside for 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.

Step 3

Add the rest of the ingredients except for the veggies and thoroughly knead the dough.

Step 4

Set the dough aside for 15 minutes and then knead it until it becomes stretchy and supple.

Step 5

Set the dough aside for an hour so that it can ferment.

Step 6

Once it swells to almost double its size, knead it again to remove air.

Step 7

Decorate it with whatever vegetables you like. The more colourful, the better!

Step 8

Let it proof for another hour.

Step 9

Bake the dough at 205 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. 

Step 10

Remove the dough, brush it with some oil and let it rest on a wire rack.

Step 11

Cut the bread into pieces and enjoy!
